Over the past decade, she has led high-impact financial and operational initiatives for unicorn-scale companies, global enterprises, and complex multi-market platforms , shaping scheme mandate frameworks, strengthening security and access models, recovering financial leakage, and enabling resilient, compliant payment systems at scale.
Her work spans the design of end-to-end operating models, the restoration of millions in losses, the interpretation and application of scheme and policy requirements, and the creation of governance structures that allow organisations to scale with confidence. From optimising multi-market payment flows for global brands such as PlayStation, to supporting the growth and maturity of payment platforms operating across Africa, Europe, and beyond, Oyedola brings clarity to complexity and structure to fast-moving environments. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Norwich Business School, grounding her work in both rigorous thinking and real-world execution.
