With over 15 years of experience spanning consulting, the NHS, private healthcare systems, social housing operations, and scale-ups, he brings a rare ability to translate complex systems into practical, human-centred, and scalable digital solutions. His work is grounded in aligning strategy, execution, and purpose, particularly in environments where resilience, equity, and cultural intelligence are critical.
He is also a Co-Founder of Purple Crayola, a boutique digital transformation and creative studio supporting visionary founders, healthcare organisations, and purpose-led brands to build future-ready platforms, digital ecosystems, and market-shaping narratives. Under his leadership, Purple Crayola has delivered impact across technology solution implementations, digital infrastructure modernisation, and global brand strategy – working across Africa, the UK, Europe, and North America. Yemi also holds an executive digital responsibility at BeyHealth Capital, Africa’s first operator-led healthcare investment platform, where he oversees digital infrastructure, platform marketing, and technology-driven value creation across the fund’s pan-African portfolio.
Yemi’s career includes leading digital strategy programmes in the UK, heading technology projects and delivery to drive Agile maturity and enterprise transformation across large product portfolios, and advising founders and leadership teams navigating growth, transition, and global mobility. He is known for his ability to bridge business insight, cloud technology, Agile delivery, and brand systems – helping organisations move from fragmented effort to coherent, scalable execution.
His professional grounding combines a formal education in Computer Science, an MBA focused on strategic leadership, and continuous executive-level learning across Agile delivery, enterprise design thinking, cloud platforms, digital clinical safety, and digital business strategy. This blend of technical depth, strategic training, and real-world operating experience informs a pragmatic and systems-led approach to transformation.
