It was an absolute pleasure to return to UEA’s Norwich Business School for Professional Skills Week 2025 – this time, not as a student, but as a speaker alongside an incredible lineup of professionals.
Being in that familiar space, engaging with the next generation of talent, felt both humbling and energising. The students came with thoughtful questions, big dreams, and a hunger to grow – reminding me of why investing in others is one of the most powerful parts of leadership.
Sharing the lessons that have shaped my journey wasn’t just about reflection – it was about passing the baton. Because when we give insight, we give others the courage to build boldly.
A heartfelt thank you to the Norwich Business School for curating such a meaningful platform—and to every student and speaker who made the experience rich and memorable.
I left reminded that legacy isn’t built only in boardrooms, it’s built in rooms like these, where learning and giving collide.
